Weizenbock

Just wanna give a shout out to the boys for bringing over some homemade Weizenbock last night. Smooth with a slight hop and malty finish, it proved to be very drinkable. Keep up the good work (and keep bringing those brews over late night!)

Wheat Allergy No Longer An Excuse

Today marks a milestone to those with wheat allergies; Anheuser-Busch launches a sorghum brew for people with wheat allergies, called Redbridge. Sorghum is a safe grain used in molasses. Let's just hope the beer doesn't taste like, um, asses.
