Victory Artisan Cheese Beer Dinner
Got an e-mail today about this wicked event — it should be pretty interesting. The following is some info I ganked from the e-mail and VictoryBeer.com. Enjoy…
General Information
Victory Brewing Company in Downingtown, PA is hosting a specialty beer dinner on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, beginning at 6PM. This unique five course meal will feature renowned artisan cheese writer, consultant, and New England Culinary Institute adjunct professor Jeff Roberts from Vermont.
Roberts has been featured in media nationwide. Recently his new book, Atlas of American Artisan Cheese (Chelsea Green, 2007), was reviewed with praise by the New York Times. In the review, he was donned, “a walking encyclopedia of American cheeses.”
