Altbier: A medium bodied Düsseldorf-style German brown ale, nutty malt aroma and flavor with a refreshing bitterness in the finish. NORTH WALES
American Brown Ale: A bigger, hoppier version of the English Classic. This medium bodied beer marries chocolate and roasted aromas and flavors with an assertive American hop bouquet and bitterness. MEDIA
Belgian Pale Ale: Belgian session ale. This beer is amber and dry with modest alcohol content and a distinct Belgian yeast character reminiscent of plum, pear and spice. Highly drinkable yet complex. NORTH WALES
Bourbon Bock: Our Bock, aged in Eagle Rare bourbon barrels. Distinct sweet malt character is entwined in the bourbon and vanilla flavors. WEST CHESTER
Double Red IPA: American style double IPA with a touch of specialty malt for a reddish color and caramel notes. Full bodied malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma. PHOENIXVILLE
Dunkelweizen: This traditional German wheat beer has a huge fruity nose of banana and cloves from the Bavarian ale yeast that marries with the notes of unsweetened chocolate and caramel from the German specialty malts. WEST CHESTER
Hefeweizen: This traditional unfiltered Bavarian Wheat beer is the perfect summer thirst quencher. Light and effervescent, this beer starts off with a refreshing tanginess and finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves. NEWARK
Hopilicious IPA: American style double IPA, full bodied malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma. Made with 8 pounds of hops per barrel. MEDIA
India Pale Ale: A classic rendition of the English IPA. This beer begins with a pleasant malty sweetness and modest fruitiness. These flavors give way to the bitterness and aroma of the English hops used in the boil and a generous dose of East Kent Goldings used for dry-hopping. NEWARK
Maniac Alt: German-style double Alt This malty, medium to full bodied beer has a sweet toasted malt character and a pleasant bitter finish. (AKA) Stickebier German slang for “secret brew” The secret is that the beer is so easy to drink, you’d never believe it has such high alcohol content. MEDIA
Oktoberfest: Traditional German Festival beer, a full bodied amber lager with a wonderful malt and bready aroma, firm malt flavor balanced with mild bitterness and a clean dry finish. MEDIA, NEWARK, PHOENIXVILLE, NORTH WALES, WILMINGTON, WEST CHESTER
Roggenbock: This strong German rye beer is a bigger version of the Roggenbier. It has a huge fruity nose of banana and cloves from the Bavarian ale yeast that marries with the notes of caramel from the German specialty malts, and a mild, spicy character from the rye. PHOENIXVILLE
Weizen Bock: The “grandfather” of Weizen beers, this full-bodied ale is made with 45 % wheat, which contributes a slightly fruity malt flavor which is dominated by the bready malt character and the expected banana and clove flavors from the yeast. MEDIA
Munich Dunkel: German dark lager with pronounced roasted malt aroma and flavor and a crisp, clean finish. WILMINGTON

October Releases (all dates are approximate)
Pumpkin Ale: Pumpkin pie in a glass! We cut up 150 pounds of pie pumpkins, roasted them until they were brown at the edges and added them to our mash. German Pilsner: Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish. NORTH WALES 10.8
Saison: Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. The perfect beer to pair with all kinds of food! WEST CHESTER 10.9
Altbier: A medium bodied Düsseldorf-style German brown ale, roasted malt aroma and flavor with a refreshing bitterness in the finish. NEWARK 10.16
Cherry Vanilla Porter: Our award winning Pig Iron Porter aged with tart Michigan cherry juice and whole vanilla beans. Roasty malt flavor with a pronounced cherry flavor and vanilla aroma, served on nitrogen. This has been described as dessert in a glass. WEST CHESTER 10.16
Abbey Dubbel: Brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery, it has a distinct aroma of plum and pears. The flavor has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with nuances of fruit and spice. A dense, rocky head sits atop this mahogany colored ale. NORTH WALES 10.26
